Formation U17 and U19

DESCRIPTION

The Manic FC Elite groups, U17 and U19 will be the players first introduction to the life of a pro footballer. At this point the player has become accustom to the football culture of the Manic. Training becomes more specific and execution is done at an elite level. We hold each other and every member of Manic FC to the highest standards, making ourselves, and the people around us better, in every aspect of life.  We pride ourselves on the belief that the process is more important than the end product. The Manic FC culture ensures the development of strong personal values, commitment, sacrifice, discipline, humility and the desire to work hard

Fees cover the following services:

  • Referee Fees
  • Educator & Referee Development
  • Field rental costs (Indoor & Outdoor)
  • Field maintenance costs and lining of fields
  • Equipment such as cones nets, corner flags, game balls, pinnies, portable mini nets,
  • 14,11$ par heure / 356,78$ par mois

Payment Policy

Academy Fee payments must be made in 4 equal instalments

Team Fees

  • Tournament Entry fees (indoor or outdoor)
  • Travel permits and any other administrative fees pertaining to the team
  • Coaches out-of-town travel expenses
  • Team Building Activities and other miscellaneous team expenses as approved by the team’s Head Educator, in consultation and approval with the Sporting and Technical Director.
  • Team Fees are those that cover additional costs incurred by the team and are determined by the budget set by each team at the start of the season.
  • Payment of Team Fees: Team Fees are paid directly to the team manager via cash or cheque and teams will construct their own payment schedule.

Uniform & Equipment

  • Only the Club Approved Macron Uniforms are to be worn by competitive players and coaches.
  • Uniforms and Track Suits are purchased on a 2-3 year cycle.

Each player is responsible for purchasing his/her own:

  • Team Uniforms (Home & Away)
  • Track Suit
  • Backpack
  • Training Kit / Equipment (T-Shirt, Shorts & Socks)
  • Pre-Game Warm-Up Shirt

Payment for uniforms and equipment is the responsibility of the player. All Macron required uniforms and equipment can be purchase on our Online Store or at Macron Dorval Store.

Payment Options for Year Round Fees:

The Manic FC offers two plans for the payment of registration fees. Your registration and acceptance into the club is not complete until you have satisfied one of the options below:

Plan A: Full payment may be made online at time of being accepted on one of our Club program via credit card or automated withdrawal

Plan B (Instalment): You may choose to spread out the yearly fees over the course of the year. Fees will be divided in 4 payments.

STRUCTURE AND SCHEDULING

From March to October

    • Train 5x a week (weekdays) following a professionnal soccer curriculum adapted to each squads
      • 90 minute training session
    • Minimum of 18 high-level games (weekends)
      • 90 minute games
    • Participation in events that will give exposure to the players
    • PlayerMaker Uno tracking for each training sessions and games
    • Access to all games recordings and some training session
    • Weekly and monthly retroaction sent to the players
    • Sports Therapist available for all players and present at every event

From November to February

    • Train 3x a week (weekdays) following a strength, conditioning and multisport curriculum
      • 60 to 90 minutes training session
    • No games scheduled during winter
    • Weekly and monthly retroaction sent to the players
    • Sports Therapist available for all players and present at every event

PROGRAM SPORTING DIRECTOR

Mr. Olio had a brilliant career as a player, playing nearly 300 games in Olympique de Lyon uniform between 1976 and 1986. He has also distinguished himself as a trainer over the past three decades. He notably held the role of coach of the OL youth teams for 10 years, assistant coach of the first team at OGC Nice, director of the FUS training center in Rabat, Morocco, then coach of the reserve team of Olympique Lyonnais. Most recently, Mr. Olio served as assistant coach to Bruno Genesio at BJ Sinobo, in the Chinese first division.

HOW TO JOIN THE ACADEMY?

To join the Elite Academy, a player must be selected by our technical staff during one of our ID sessions. It is also possible to integrate the Elite Academy at anytime if formally invited to do so by our Sporting Director.
